博士,研究员,硕士生导师。1965年生,1986年7月毕业于浙江农业大学畜牧专业,获学士学位。1988年7月毕业于南京农业大学动物生理生化专业,获硕士学位。2011年12月毕业于浙江大学动物遗传育种与繁殖专业,获博士学位。2006和2012年分别赴西达赛奈医学中心、堪萨斯州立大学从事访问学者研究。先后主持国家重点国际合作专项、国家农业科技跨越计划、国家水禽产业技术体系、国家重点研发项目课题、国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑子课题、农业部“948”项目、浙江省重大专项等多项国家、省部级课题。主持获“国家科技进步二等奖”、“浙江省科技进步一等奖”“中国产学研合作创新成果一等奖”“浙江省科技进步二等奖”等国家级及省部级科技奖励7项。发表学术论文300多篇,其中SCI论文60余篇(其中最高影响因子当年11.313,五年影响因子13.168);主持国家级家禽新品种(配套系)4个;国家软件著作权4项。主编专著7本;主持制定并发布实施的国家标准3部,农业行业标准5部。
